Terms of Service

By creating an IgboCrush account, you agree to these terms. IgboCrush is operated by Softnergy Limited, registered in Scotland. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use IgboCrush. By using the app, you confirm you are 18 or over. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where we have reason to believe this requirement has not been met.

IgboCrush is a respectful community. You agree not to post content that is sexually explicit, harassing, hateful, threatening, or discriminatory. You agree not to impersonate another person or create a fake profile. You agree not to use the app for commercial solicitation or spam.

Violations of community standards may result in immediate account termination without refund.

We require photo verification to maintain a safe community of real people. Verified profiles display a verification badge. Submitting false verification photos is a violation of these terms and will result in account termination.

IgboCrush offers premium membership tiers called Odogwu (for male members) and Achalugo (for female members). Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through your app store account (Apple App Store or Google Play).

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. To cancel, go to your app store subscription settings. We do not issue refunds for unused subscription periods except as required by applicable law.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your profile and data will be removed within 30 days.

IgboCrush provides a platform for connection but is not responsible for the conduct of its members. We are not liable for any interactions, meetings, or relationships that arise from use of the platform. Please exercise appropriate care when meeting people you have connected with online.

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Scotland.
